These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://thevacationedit.com (the “Site”), operated by THE VACATION EDIT (“The Vacation Edit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Services and Inquiries

The Site describes design, styling, and rental-launch services. Descriptions of services on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

  • Submitting a consultation request, contact form, or other inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed.
  • Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or service contract executed between you and The Vacation Edit. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
  • Pricing, scope, timelines, and deliverables referenced on the Site are illustrative and subject to change without notice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Site includes references to bookings, occupancy, revenue performance, return on investment, and client outcomes, including testimonials and case studies.

These are illustrative examples of past results and are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of future performance. Rental performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, seasonality, location, pricing strategy, platform algorithms, local regulations, competition, and property management. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and financial outcomes.

Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not representative of what any other client should expect.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, real estate, or regulatory advice. Short-term rental operation is subject to local ordinances, zoning rules, licensing requirements, HOA restrictions, and tax obligations that vary by jurisdiction. 7. User Submissions

If you submit content to us — including photographs, property details, feedback, reviews, or ideas — you represent that you own or have the right to share that content, and you grant The Vacation Edit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing materials and portfolio work, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We are not obligated to treat any submission as confidential.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THE VACATION EDIT and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, bookings, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
