Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not collect payment card details through the Site. Any payments for services are processed through a separate third-party processor under its own privacy policy.

  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in any such email.
  • Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages related to an active project or engagement.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

6. Project Photography and Testimonials

Our work is visual, and completed projects are often featured on the Site and in marketing materials. If you engage us for services, any use of photographs of your property, your name, or your testimonial will be governed by your written service agreement or your separate consent. You may request that we stop using a testimonial attributed to you going forward by contacting us.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inquiry information from prospects who do not become clients is retained for a reasonable period for follow-up and record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized.
